COCKTAIL LIST LAUNCHMarch brought the launch of our new cocktail list. Our bar manager (and the winner of the 2007 bartender of the year awards) has created a fantastic new selection of cocktails.
NEW HEAD CHEF We would like to welcome our new head chef Jeff Schroeter. As well as adding some great new dishes to our restaurant menu, Jeff will also be creating a new and exciting oyster bar menu which will compliment the oyster bar renovations, taking place in May.
